Short escape to Bangkok... YEAhhh~
It may be a very short trip, but if you planned it well, you can still go to as many places that you had wanted to go. That wasn't a sponsor trip tho but I thought it may be useful for first timer like me lol.. but of course you got to speed up your speed because the time is limited.

This trip wasn't the usual short escape that people always do for shopping, relaxation and foods. For myself, I'd prefer visiting its city's landmark, spectacular touristy places.

HERE ARE JUST MY PERSONAL SHORT ITINERARY THAT I WANT TO SHARE.

TIPS :

`Book the earliest flight if possible.

DAY 2
1) On second day morning, I decided to visit the royal Grand Palace 8:30am - 3:30pm.
Your trip won't be complete if you don't visit the city's most famous landmark Grand Palace. It was home of the Thai King many hundreds of years ago. The palace is famous until today which continuously having many visitors. Read more at: http://www.bangkok.com/attraction-palace/grand-palace.htm

Dress code for visiting Grand Palace (all genders) :

- NO SLEEVLESS, NO SHORT, NO REVEALING TOP.
If you don't want to stop by the guards and ask for renting a shirt or scarfs because this would be quite tedious because the weather was hot and you gotta pass through so many group of people and is finally reaching the gate in and being stopped and you have to walk back to the very front just for renting the clothes.

2) After the exhausted day, back to hotel for short break before went to Plantinum the Fashion mall in the late afternoon. The mall is located just opposite to the hotel I stayed.

Fashion heaven for shopaholic. Spent few hours to go through every storey in the mall. Actually there is a nearby mall beside Platinum Mall. It was a walkable distance only.

3) Later in the evening, went to Chinatown in Bangkok. There are so many chinese related stuffs including fashion, snacks, restaurant foods, street foods and some local desserts.
